Refund and Cancellation Policy

Information about our refund and cancellation terms

1. No Refunds

All purchases of Fiji Airports Paid WiFi plans are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully completed and a WiFi access voucher, session, or entitlement has been issued, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

2. No Cancellations

Customers may not cancel a WiFi plan after payment has been successfully processed. Once purchased, the WiFi service is considered delivered and the transaction is final.

3. No Exchanges or Credits

Fiji Airports does not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Cancellations
  • Exchanges
  • Credits
  • Partial refunds
  • Transfer of purchased plans to another person or device

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct WiFi plan before purchase.
  • Ensuring their device is compatible with WiFi services.
  • Entering accurate payment and contact information.
  • Maintaining possession of any voucher code or access credentials issued.

5. Service Availability

Fiji Airports will use reasonable efforts to provide reliable WiFi services; however, service quality, speed, and availability may vary due to:

  • Network congestion
  • Technical issues
  • Device compatibility
  • Telecommunication provider limitations
  • Maintenance activities
  • Circumstances beyond Fiji Airports' reasonable control

Such circumstances do not qualify for a refund or cancellation.

6. Failed Payments

Customers will not be charged for transactions that are not successfully completed through the payment gateway. If a payment transaction fails, the customer may attempt the purchase again.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing a Fiji Airports Paid WiFi plan, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds will be issued.
  • No cancellations are permitted after payment.
  • No credits or exchanges will be provided.
  • The customer has read and accepted this Refund and Cancellation Policy prior to completing the purchase.
